Dubai SME is an agency of Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) dedicated to developing the SME sector in the emirate. It is the licensing and policy authority for SMEs in Dubai and operates affiliated programmes including the Hamdan Innovation Incubator (Hi2: founded 2014, supporting Emirati entrepreneurs for over a decade), Dubai SME 100 (top-100 SME ranking), Ztartup (digital business directory), Dubai Next (UAE's first government crowdfunding platform) and Dubai Founders HQ (a D33 Agenda pillar for the broader founder ecosystem). Has accredited a network of certified incubators including Bedayat (SEE Institute), Re-Urban Studio, The Co-Dubai, AstroLabs, Bedayat and TALG Incubator.
