Hussain Al Nowais is a distinguished Emirati businessman and investor with over 25 years of experience in business management, banking, project finance, investment, industrial, and real estate sectors. He is the founding member and Chairman of Al Nowais Investments, a UAE-based private investment firm established in 1979. The firm owns and controls a diverse portfolio of subsidiary companies operating in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, FMCG, and technology. Under his leadership, Al Nowais Investments has expanded its global presence, focusing on strategic project development and investments in the Middle East and North Africa region. In addition to his role at Al Nowais Investments, Mr. Al Nowais serves as the Chairman of AMEA Power, a company specializing in the development of thermal and renewable energy projects across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. He is also the Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and a board member of Rotana Hotel Management Corporation. His leadership extends to being a founding board member of Sandooq Al Watan, a national fund in the UAE, and a founding board member of Khalifa University.
